My Journey into the World of Cake

It all started back in 2009 when I stumbled upon a cake decorating book, “Planet cake; A Beginners guide to cake decorating,” nestled in a local catering shop. Little did I know that this discovery would become the turning point in my life, sparking a love for all things sweet and artistic. Ever since that moment, I became completely engrossed in the world of cake decorating. I spent countless hours researching various techniques and following the work of incredible decorators, learning and practicing as much as I could.

From Hobby to Passion Project

Fast forward to 2016, after making numerous cakes for friends and family, I decided to take a leap of faith and transform my passion into a professional venture. Flourish Cakes was born, and I’ve never looked back.
