Hi there, I’m Stacey, the owner and baker behind Flourish Cakes. 

Since 2017, I’ve had the pleasure of creating cakes across the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, and the Central Coast.

Baking has been a passion of mine for over 20 years, and what started as a simple love has now grown into my dream career. I still have those pinch-me moments!

I’m all about classic elegance when it comes to cake design—think florals, pearls, and fine textures; designs that are timeless. 

Alongside wedding cakes, I also create custom cakes for other special occasions like birthdays, engagements, and Christenings.
